Christmas is a very special time of year, yet it can also be very difficult because a loved one may no longer be with us.  In remembrance of that special someone and in aid of the Earl Mountbatten Hospice, Lights of Love services and illuminated parades will be held across the Island in December.

Santa Specials at the Isle of Wight Steam Railway. – Throughout December  from 10:00 am.  Santa Specials operate on various dates in December, Sunday , Saturday, Thursday, Friday Enjoy a warm, comfortable train ride, followed by a visit to a beautiful Winter Wonderland. Seasonal refreshments followed by a visit to Santa and a quality present for every child.

Mince Pie Specials at the Isle of Wight Steam Railway. While you’re still in the Christmas mood, take a train ride. Enjoy the winter scenery followed by seasonal refreshments for every adult and child.

Hangover Special at the Isle of Wight Steam Railway. -  1st January from 10:00 am.  One of the few attractions that is open on New Years Day. Come and enjoy a train ride and start 2010 in style.
